“A sensual, adventurous and passionate woman who believes in her dreams and visions while striving for growth, improvement and new revelations in life.”
My first experience with food started in my early years when I was living in Austria, visiting my grandparents on the countryside every weekend. They had a restaurant/pub where I helped peeling potatoes, breading “schnitzel” and arranging salads on the plates. I also helped waiting tables and pouring good amounts of local wine into thirsty customer’s glasses.
In my teenage years and early 20-ies I pretty much forgot about the culinary world as such and dedicated myself to music and dance. I travelled around the world to study traditional dances as well as “street styles” and the culture behind those arts (afro brazilian, yoga, samba, hip hop, bboying, house, haitian, capoeira and west-african dance).
While cooking was still my passion and dancing part of my every day life, I wasn’t really sure what I wanted to do in my life. It took me almost 10 years to realize that I don’t have to look any further for what truly fulfills and excites me – it’s all right here – and always has been!
I am grateful to have the opportunity to work with food & movement every day and share my experiences and ideas through cooking, writing and training with my environment.
Being a chef, working with clients, teaching and training different movement/dance styles and catering for events besides collaborating with amazing artists is a blessing in itself.
