- Wild asparagus
- Roasted “raz-el- hanut” sweet potatoes
- Roasted soybeans
- Tamarind – Mayo -Dressing (3 Tbsp home-made or store- bought mayonnaise mixed with 1-2 tsp tamarind paste and 1 Tbsp lemon juice)
Cut ingredients into small pieces and mix with the roasted sweet potatos. Drizzle with dressing.
